Learning Forum announces new name and new Board members at its annual meeting.

The Board of Directors voted to add additional members DeeDee DeMan-Williams, Tom Holmquist, Steve Snyder and Janathin Miller. The Board also approved the consulting contract for Frank Byrne of KBCG Consulting.

The Board unanimously decided to change its name from Learning Forum Foundation to Learning Forum International.

A new Mission Statement was approved: Making Great Kids Greater by funding student and educator programs that contribute to the mastery of learning and life skills by today's youth, leading to their academic, personal and professional success.
